What I have to offer my clients is an opportunity to train your body like you never thought possible in just 30 minutes.  What you can expect in your powerful 30 minute session is an innovative circuit or boot camp, high to low intensity depending on your goal, education, challenges and fun.  I also offer group training, one on one, couples training and nutritional tips and advice.
