From a young age she began coaching a junior netball team and it was here she realised her true calling; to change people’s lives and empower them to be the best them they can be! Several years on, Lucy obtained her Certificates in Fitness and since then, she hasn’t looked back!
Lucy specialises in a holistic approach to weight loss, toning and empowerment. She believes syncing up a solid diet, great exercise and an AWESOME attitude will not only get the results you desperately want, but give you the skills and power to maintain those goals your entire life!
In her spare time Lucy loves training herself hard, playing with her animals and camping trips with her partner. While working she is also studying a Bachelor of Psychology and a Bachelor of Community Welfare, she hopes to one day combine her two loves. Lucy specialises in weight loss, muscle mass gain, toning and importantly having a great time while doing it.
